BOOKS BY JOHN MCCLOSKEY AND INKY CHING
 

Hi! My name is Inky Ching!
I am half of the Inky and John team. Right now, John is busy writing, so I will give you a small biographical sketch of my big pal.


John McCloskey, along with wife Libby, son Chris, a pup named Prince, and a Siamese cat named Hirohito, moved to East Texas in 1978 and, over the next few years found themselves surrounded with abandoned dogs.
 
In 1986 they helped found the Cherokee Humane Society and over the next twenty years Libby and John have spayed and neutered more than two hundred abandoned animals and found homes for them.
 

John has been honored by the Texas Department of Health for his work with the Humane Society, on PROUD OF EAST TEXAS, a local television program, and has written a column about dogs for two local newspapers. He has published two books, and  has submitted a third for publication. John is writing his fourth (The Kidnapping of Mrs. Ching) and fifth (Inky In Space) simultaneously.
